A memory screen is a wellness tool that helps identify possible changes in memory and cognition. Sign up for a 30 minute appointment. Call Kathy Glaser at the Waukesha ADRC to schedule your memory screen 262-548-7354.

  • Receive information about Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease
  • Talk with a Dementia Care Specialist about available resources
  • Learn about brain health and ways to stimulate your brain

Screenings will take place in a lower level study room. An elevator is available for use across from the staircase.
