Reserve a Room

The Library offers two meeting rooms that are available for public use. See our Meeting Room Use Policy for complete information.

• All requests to use the library’s rooms must be made on the application on this website. If you need assistance, please call 262-691-5670, ext. 921.
• Not all requests can be granted. You will receive notification when your request is approved.
• Please allow 48 hours for requests to be reviewed.
• Study rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please see our Study room use policy for details. 
• Rooms may be reserved at no charge for Pewaukee residents, Waukesha County non-profits, and governmental organizations and agencies. Fees will apply for individual living outside of Pewaukee, for-profits, and non-profits outside of Waukesha County.
• Room use may NOT include sale of items or services.
